Color: ruby-red with light violet reflections.
Scent: good fruity scents bringing to mind cherry and raspberry.
Flavour: good tannic structure, moderate acidity and typical bitterish aftertaste. To be served in wide goblets at a temperature of 18° – 20° C.
Gastronomic coupling: its characteristics are well matched with some typical Piedmontese plates. boiled meat and Bagna Cauda.
To be drunk: preferably within 2-3 years.
