DOLCETTO D'ALBA D.O.C.
The best grapes grown in Vezza d’Alba are selected for the production of this Dolcetto wine. In this town there are some of the oldest vineyards in Piedmont.
Color: ruby-red with light violet reflections.
Scent: good fruity scents bringing to mind cherry and raspberry.
Flavour: good tannic structure, moderate acidity and typical bitterish aftertaste. To be served in wide goblets at a temperature of 18° – 20° C.
Gastronomic coupling: its characteristics are well matched with some typical Piedmontese plates. boiled meat and Bagna Cauda.
To be drunk: preferably within 2-3 years.
