Color: light cherry and ruby-red.
Scent: intense floral and fruity aromatic scent, deriving from the grapes it comes from and evoking wild strawberries.
Flavour: delicate, sweet, sparkling and persistent.
To be served in large goblets at a temperature of 8° – 10° C.
Gastronomic coupling: its richness in aroma makes of Malvasia the ideal wine to be matched with any kind of cake and fresh fruit.
To be drunk: preferably within 2 years.
