This Champenoise Method, made from Arneis and Chardonnay grapes, is the result of a long research driven by the desire to express the full potential of our territory.
After 36 months on yeasts, the result is a Champenoise Method harmonious and enveloping: a small masterpiece that is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes.
Color: Straw yellow colour with ethereal reflections, persistent perlage.
Sent: On the nose, the delicate hints of flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and sage, typical of Arneis, meet the more marked characteristics of the Champenoise Method: bread crust, white spices and hazelnut.
Flavour: The palate is lively yet elegant, with a refined persistence that recalls a second toast.
To be served: Serve at 4-6°C.
Perfect as an aperitif with salmon canapés or tuna tartare, but also as an accompaniment to white meats or medium-aged cheeses.
